Crimson Tide Tax is a boutique tax firm established by Kristin Unger. Kristin graduated from the University of Alabama in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She obtained her CPA license in 2016. Kristin gained her work experience at one of the largest international tax firms in the world, and later went on to strengthen her financial statement analysis and reporting skills at a prominent venture capital firm. Most recently, Kristin worked closely with the owner of a local CPA firm to serve clients in many different areas and fueled her passion to start her own business.

Kristin primarily serves clients in Maryland but has experience with many different states. She has a thorough understanding of the federal, state, and local financial and business landscape and stays up to date on constantly changing laws and regulations.
